In XP:

1. How do I determine how much hard drive memory I have and how much is still free? – Isn’t there a command one inserts into Start/Run that gives that information? What is that command?

2. How do I determine how much RAM I have?

Thanks. … wdc

Hello wdc202...

For Disk information, open My Computer, right click on the HDD you want the information on, and choose "Properties". This will give you a graphical representation on the space on your HDD. OR...right click on My Computer and choose "Manage"...then choose "Disk Management"...the information about the drives will be listed in the top portion of the right frame.

For Memory information, right click on My Computer and choose "Properties". Memory and CPU information is listed under the "General" tab.
