I have been trying to do the kaspersky scan however everytime in the middle of the scan my computer turns off. I will try it again

Make sure you disable Antivirus and Firewall when doing the scan.
It get get blocked sometimes

Include this in your next post please.

Open Notepad.
Copy and paste text in codeboxbelow
Type filename as fix.bat then Set Filetype to "all files"
Save to your Desktop then click Save.

I did the fix.bat but once it was done it opened txt however it was blank

Hello Trickishaura,

Your system is clean.
These two are false positives.
No need to remove them.
