Having real problems. Done everything like Spybot: Search and Destroy but that doesn't find it. CWShredder says that it isn't on the system but I know it is because Ad-Aware finds it great! and then it freezes when it tries to delete it.

Sounds Familar (http://www.geekstogo...rch-t18271.html) also had this problem, however unlike him/her this machine doesn't have system restore turned on.

Here's the 'Hijack This' log:

Download Ewido Security Suite

Install it and then double click on the new icon for the program. You can't miss it, it's a big yellow e. It will ask you to upgrade the database. Follow the instructions.
Once it is ready click on the Scanner button, Select "Scan everything"

Once the first problem is detected ensure you tick the box for all (bottom left) and allow it to continue.

At then end of the scan, it may ask if you would like to delete anything found in archive or zipped files, OK that request, then click on save report. SAVE to the default location, it will then generate a text file. Copy the text file and paste it here.

Please download RKFiles from here:
http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
Unzip it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.co.../safemode.shtml

Once in Safe Mode, please run RKFiles.bat. It may take a while. When it is finished a windows should appear with a log. Make sure that log is saved!

Restart your computer in normal mode, and please post the contents of the logfile, which should be at c:\log.txt.

Then please download DLLCompare from here:
http://downloads.sub.../DllCompare.exe
Save it to the desktop and run it. Click "Run Locate.com" to scan for DLL files. When the scan is finished, click "Compare". Finally, when that is complete, click "Make a Log of What Was Found". Please post the entire contents of the logfile here for me.

Post a new HiJackThis log as well (so your next post should consist of 3 logs!)
