When I turn on Age of Conan, my computer has about 15 minutes before the screen turns black, then 30 seconds later my computer freezes and repeats whatever sound it was playing really fast. I push the power button on my computer and it instantly shuts down. I usually have to hold the button for it to turn off. I played World of Warcraft and it ran all day with no problems at all. My system specs are higher than the required specs to play AoC. I also repaired/verified my Age of Conan files and there were no issues. I tried another CPU that i conveniently had, just for a long shot, but the problem still occurred. I have had my computer for 2 years and it only happened once I started playing AoC. I ran EVENTVWR and there were no red Error messages. I am going to try replacing my GPU with my friend's later to see if it helps the problem, but if that does not work then I am out of ideas. Any other ideas anyone can think of while I wait?

Sounds like it might be driver related (video card). You might want to be sure you have the latest driver for your card and OS.

I just updated my drivers a month ago, but 3 weeks ago a new one came out. Thanks for getting me to double check. However, when I updated my drivers and started the game, my computer said that my GPU was too hot. So it technically was not the drivers, but the new drivers alerted me what the problem was.
