I am using Kaspersky Internet Security, and i keep getting "detected: Trojan program Trojan.Win32.Monderb.gen File: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddcBUlMe.dll" and no matter what I do I can't neutralize it. All it says I can do is "skip" the problem. The action reads: "File Contains Trojan program 'Trojan.Win32.Monderb.gen' and cannot be disinfected: write access is denied. What should I do. If someone could help me, it would be much obliged.
