Hi GTG this is the exact message we get when changing users.

User Environment:

Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile of the system.

Detail:

Insufficient Resources Exist to Complete the Requested Service.

We have 5 user profiles but are usually only using 3.If we restart the PC the first user gets logged on correctly.I've changed the user switching options and that didn't make a difference. Someone told me Trend Micro Internet Security could cause this, but I've had TM for 4 years and never had this problem before.I did upgrade to TM 2008 3 weeks ago, but this problem started 2 weeks ago and has gotten worse. We cannot switch users without getting this message even if the previous user is logged off.

Thank You for any help.

Not trying to bump, but I just uninstalled SpyBlaster and so far user switching is back to normal.I read in Wilder's where SpyBlaster was conflicting with other programs.Anyone else run into this problem?

The problem came back so SpyBlaster wasn't the whole problem but possibly part of?
