I use a wireless router connected thru my home cable modem which is working fine. I tried almost everything in all the forums..rebooting router and modem, running all the scans, checking for viruses. Nothing seems to be helping.

Well I thought I would let you know that I think I have resolved the problem with the help of the Spyware, ATF Cleaner, & SUPERAntispywear, which I got here on geeks to go, and some deleting. I think my problem started with a conflict between Napster and Media Player but I am still not sure. Anyway I deleted Napster, Mozilla, and a few programs I never used. Every time I deleted a program I ran ATF cleaner, scandisk and defrag in that order then ALWAYS performed a complete boot of the system. I then upgraded to Mozilla 3, which I love so far! I then started Media Player and downloaded Napster through media player instead of using a stand alone program. It all seems to be working so keep your fingers crossed. I hope this might help someone else with a similar problem. Thanks geeks to go for being here.
