Please help. This is on my work computer and I need to get my emails. I had a very large email sent to me and the person actually sent it twice. I think it is crashing my outlook.

When I open outlook it begins the send/receive process and when it gets to 60% it just stops. If I click on anything in outlook it says (not responding) and I have to close it. Is there any way to delete the email without opening up outlook?

Thank you!

Howdy:

Contact your email provider and have them delete it from their servers. Or, contact your IT Department and have them delete it from your work email server.
