Download CWShredder (there is a link in my signature), unzip it, and save it on the Desktop. Please do not run it yet, though.

Run CWShredder to fix your CWS problem.

hi, many thanks for your help so far. tried to do everything but had a couple of problems, couldnt get the pandasoftware to work properly, everytime i ran the scan it crashed when completed.
