Hey canada_hdk21,

It seems that you have downloaded dss.exe to a temporary folder. This prevents any backups to be saved which is not good. Please move dss.exe from C:\Users\Mickie\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\1XBC4D9X\ to a permanent folder. (Desktop or C:\) If you are unable to access the folder where you downloaded dss.exe, please redownload DSS again, this time saving it to a permanent folder.

Your logs doesn't look too bad. We'll run a few scans to see if there are hidden infections. :)

Please follow my instructions in the order they were given, and print out a copy of it as you may not be able to access the forums during the fix.
