hi anybody can recommend me any image editor softwares where i can edit the images by inserting font texts into it? thanks!

A very good one and FREE is GetPaint.net. There also is a free online Photoshop-like Graphics Editor that provides a lot of good Effects and animation tools at Blips.com. GIMP is also free and you can also add the free animation plug-in.
