Windows Explorer Problem [CLOSED]

Hi,
My computer has 2 partitions (C and D). Whenever I try to access my drive D, it shows the contents for a while but then the "Windows has encountered a problem and needs to shutdown" occurs. Could this be a virus problem? I can't get my files nor open them.

I have used the ATF Cleaner, SuperAntiSpyWare and Malware Removal.

Hello jen_seelinkit and Welcome to Geeks to Go!

Sorry for the delay.
We've been quite busy this week.

Since the state of your system is not the same as it was when you posted, we'll need to do another scan.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediatly.

Next,

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.

Close all other windows before proceeding.

Click on Start, click on Run
copy and paste the following in bold in the open window and then click OK
"%userprofile%\desktop\dss.exe" /config
This will open up DSS configuration
click on Check All
click Scan
DSS will now run again when finished
Please post back both logs that open in notepad
Main txt and extra txt


Please check to make sure your logs doesn't get cut off when posting.
