very low sound of a particular movie

few days back i downloaded a 720p x64 movie. i have tried to play the movie on different payers. the problem the sound is not loud enough. sound is not increasing, no matter whatever i do.
i tried to play it on Windows Media Player 11, VLC and Media Player Classic.

is there any solution to this problem?
please help.

I am sorry, but we can't help you with possibly illegally downloaded content. More than likely the problem is with the source.
