I reformatted my computer and lost my sound and i cant play games because i lost my disk what do i do?

We don't have enough information to give specific advice here, but if it's a name brand machine go to the download section of the maker's site and get all the drivers for your model that you need. If it's a home built machine with integrated audio go to the motherboard maker's site, if it has a separate sound card, go to the card makers site.
