No sound or video from xbox 360

Hey i have not been able to play my 360 because i cannot get any audio or video out of my 360. I have tried every solution possible including new cables, another tv, resetting it. Everything. I have come to the conclusion that the problem lies on the video card/port/motherboard. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me fix it manually. I know how to take computers/laptops apart and fix them. And i have taken my 360 apart several times after it stopped working. I don't quite know how to go about isolating the problem and fixing it. I have a soldering kit and anything needed to make repairs and adjustments. Thanks
