That log looked OK so I would recommend your next stop to be the networking forum where the real experts are :)

But I've had to in the past 2 days...until today when I think I may have fixed my network issue...I believe the original issue before I took the computers to be reformatted was a Zlob hijacking my router.
Nobody at the phone company told me I should change the username & password. Matter of fact, they told me that since I lived in the country I didn't need to worry about the security. I will be going to the networking forum to have a discussion related to these issues.

Thank you for all of your help!!! Again, I'm so thankful that I found this place - you didn't make me feel stupid and I'm truly grateful for that! :)
