XP Fax service Force it to use WAB (Windows Address Book)

Need help getting XP fax service to use the WAB as its default Address book, rather than outlook. (Becuase my WAB has years of addresses added already)

can you not merge the WAB into your outlook address book?

a quick google search for "WAB to outlook" comes up with some free utilities

Yes I was able to add the WAB to outlook. But now when I go to fax then hit Address Book, the Outlook Address Book doesn't show up as an option.
