Problem with Trojans can someone look at my Hijack

I run adaware, cws shredder (nothing comes up on this), spybot S&D, and my F-secure antivirus. I delete every virus it picks up, run a bunch of scans until it can't pick anything else up. As soon as I hook back up the internet the viruses start to appear again, but I delete them, and then I can work the whole day and not have a problem. Shut down the computer, and when I come in the next morning and start it up (connected to high speed internet already) the trojans are all there again, and I have to unplug the internet and run all my spyware stuff again. Here is my report from hijack this if anyone can help me figure out what I need to get rid of on here.
