I randomly switch my rams slots, then it worked. weird? lol

This would make me think that you did not push in the ram sticks hard enough.
OR the ram that came with your PC is faulty.
I suggest you run Memtest to see if you get any errors, just to be sure.

Run it overnight if possible
If it gives no errors after 3-4 passes you're fine and you probably just didn't push them in hard enough.
