i am having a problem with my computer and it is acting slower than normal.

When i start up my computer i get a message that there has been a problem with an unknown program exception 0x0eefade) and 0x7c812a5b.

Followed by invalid BackWeb "1940576" i not sure what to do.

I downloaded all of the programs that your site recommended but the program still remains.

I am running Windows XP.

Any help would be nice thanks.
