Good Morning or Afternoon "when ever you see this 
"OK... Here is the pain in the bum issue.
I pay my bills online threw the billing companies website.
I started this 4-5 months ago threw Cinergy Electric Company, and the first month or maybe two I was able to go to there site and pay my bill.
But then the next bill due, I go to sign in, and then the page takes a few MINUTES to upload, and I then get this error message: (BELOW)
I called Cinergy, and they stated that they have not had any issues with there website, and or have not had any other callers with this issue.
Then they (Cinergy) went to a search engine, "acting as myself" and signing in with my ID and password, and they were able to log into my account.
I called AOL, and they stated it was not on there end.
I did what the error page stated for me to do, and I also re-download my AOL program.
And noticing on the error page about the TLS 1.0, well on my system this item was not checked, so I checked it.
And still, nothing.
So Cinergy, ***thank you
so much*** waved the late fee due to me not being able to get on again, and erased my account.So after I reinstalled AOL, I tried to sign for a new account on Cinergy, and get the same error message..
OK, now, what in the world would make this happen?
I'm going nuts, and cant figure out for what reason this would be.
