:) Good Morning or Afternoon "when ever you see this :) "

OK... Here is the pain in the bum issue. :)

I pay my bills online threw the billing companies website.
I started this 4-5 months ago threw Cinergy Electric Company, and the first month or maybe two I was able to go to there site and pay my bill.

But then the next bill due, I go to sign in, and then the page takes a few MINUTES to upload, and I then get this error message: (BELOW)

:)

I called Cinergy, and they stated that they have not had any issues with there website, and or have not had any other callers with this issue.

Then they (Cinergy) went to a search engine, "acting as myself" and signing in with my ID and password, and they were able to log into my account. :)

I called AOL, and they stated it was not on there end. ;)
I did what the error page stated for me to do, and I also re-download my AOL program.

And noticing on the error page about the TLS 1.0, well on my system this item was not checked, so I checked it.

And still, nothing. :tazz:

So Cinergy, ***thank you :) so much*** waved the late fee due to me not being able to get on again, and erased my account.

So after I reinstalled AOL, I tried to sign for a new account on Cinergy, and get the same error message.. ;)

OK, now, what in the world would make this happen?

I'm going nuts, and cant figure out for what reason this would be.

Can you help?

Thanks a bunch !!! :)

:)

It wont load up AT ALL :tazz:

it means it's a os problem rather than a browser problem

Start > Settings > Control Panel > INTERNET OPTIONS, go to the SECURITY TAB, select the INTERNET icon and click DEFAULT, then click the TRUSTED sites icon and click DEFAULT. Go to PRIVACY TAB, hit DEFAULT, go to ADVANCED and hit RESTORE defaults.

OK, you have three programs that could be causing this problem

You know how to use hijackthis to restore settings after removal, correct?

Temporarily diasble
zone alarm, specifically the anonymizer componant

If that doesn't addres it, disable NOD

No for sure actually...

Temporarily diasble
zone alarm, specifically the anonymizer componant

If that doesn't addres it, disable NOD

Ok, if I "temporarily" disable these, then what are you wanting me to do?

When it comes to the NOD, this is my antivirus program...

anonymizer componant

What is that? Will look for it tho while waiting for a reply...

Confused :tazz:

Still confused Gerry,

Why would I want to take anything that has to do with NOD or ZoneAlarm off of my computer?

Maybe I am not fully in understanding of HJT program and what it actually does...

But I have never been told to FIX "which takes off the list" anything that protects my puter...

Please, help me in understanding this before deleting/fixing these items.

You know how to use hijackthis to restore settings after removal, correct?

No... I dont believe so...
