Last night I downloaded a keygen for a program and when I opened it, IExplorer opened and sent me to some site which then redirected me to google. After that I started getting these popups telling me to get some antispyware and I've looked up the file that its trying to get me to download and it turns out that it's a trojan (ieav.exe) and if I click YES on the popup it tried to download the ieav.exe file and if I click NO it makes IExplorer quit on me.

I've gone to a few friends of mine which tried to help me but with no success. I've scanned over and over again with AVG Free 8.0, and AdAware, and nothing but a few tracking cookies show up. And I've tried restarting and it does nothing at when I get back on. It also seems to make the popups open allot when I open my C:\ drive, so it's not just on IExplorer, it's on my whole system.

Theres also another problem with IExplorer where when I load pages it not only makes but popup open but it forces most pages I try to open to go to about:blank which seems to be changed to a page telling me to get spyware which leads to the same place as the popups trying to get me to download the ieav.exe file.

Below are some screen shots of the popup and the about blank page, along with a text version of the popup.

Please someone help me. I spend most of my time online doing work so I really can't afford for this to happen. Thanks

Here is a picture of the popup message:

And here is a picture of the "about:blank" page that was "changed" to get me to download ieav.exe

I'm not able to attach a HJT log because I'm not on the infected pc. It's just impossible to do anything web related on that thing.

Here is a text version of the popup if the image isn't clear:
