I have a Trojan

I have a trojan that is not letting me run the ATF Cleaner. I can not run any of my AVG pertection or even open it to run a scan. It locks when I open it and I cant do anything to it. Not even close it. I tried openning it under the Run As when I right click on it and it will only scan one thing and say no threats are found. I have no clue what to do, and I deleted the Torjan before but it kept coming back and now it has control over everything - please help
