I'm trying to format discs to use for saving my photos. When I click on format, it tells me to insert a disc even tho the disc is already in there. Then when I close Roxio, I get this runtime error:

Runtime Error R6025
commonfiles/sonic share/sonic central/main/mediahub.exe
-pure virtual function call

I have no idea what this means. Can anyone help?

operating system is Windows XP
