I have an HP Pavilion a264w that I'm attempting to run the recovery disks. However, I get this error message each time it trys to recovery \APP19718\App19718.exe and \APP11942\App11942.exe files.

Do I need to get a different disk? If so, where do I get one?

This may be an issue with the disks themselves or the hard drive.
You get disks from HP if they're still supplying them.
