magic iso maker pop ups

i have a annoying little problem with magic iso maker. i downloaded the program about 2 days ago but then decided to remove it form my pc; which i did , but however, ever since after i remove it , i keep having these pop ups of magi isos that saying that i have an unregister program and offering me to buy the product . To make things worst, when trying to access my commons programs like i tunes, or even firewall, instead of the programs loading up , i received magic iso maker's pop up instead. If anyone could please give me some help on how to safely removing that virus/ program ( or whatever ou want to call it ) i would greatly appreciate it.
