Just reinstalled xp on my pc, and downloaded the driver on my laptop and transfered it over to my pc and installed it, it seemed to work as the utility came up and the available wireless networks, so i entered in my WEP key and it connected succusfully, when i move the mouse over the icon on the system tray it says its connected at 54 mb/s but when i open my browser i get the error "this page cannot be displayed"

cant understand whats up im using the laptop atm anyone help?

By the way i ahve reinstalled before and installed the driver using the same method and its worked 100%.

Can you go to Start --> Run, type "cmd" and then type "ipconfig"? This will display some information about your connection. Post the information you see, especially the IP address, here.
