Hi, I have a laptop that is only a couple of months old now and it was all working fine until recently when I turned it on and found that once I got to past the login screen, everything appears fine, all my desktop icons come up and everything, but nothing works. You can click on things and nothing will happen, it will just appear to be loading then do nothing, even if you click on the start menu for instance it comes up but not fully, it's only half loaded and then nothing will happen, it will just stay on the screen and you can't do anything other than turn it off. The laptop seems to work fine in safe mode except for a few unusual noises. Does anyone know of something I could do at this point to try and get my laptop to work normally?
