When I try to open a word document that I have sent to someone else this is the message I get "Can't create file: filename.doc. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder." Sometimes they open fine and other times they don't. I did what it said put I didn't see any permissions to change. Thanks in advance for your help, generalbeau.
