PC Games Crashing! Help Please!

ok, my games recently started to crash, the games I have noticed this with is

counter strike source
team fortress 2
cabal online


BUT, it works fine with regular counter strike 1.6
i have also noticed my fps started to go crazy, i used to get 99-100(without developer)
now it bounces around from about 90-100 and when i get spikes, it goes even lowewr, please help. here is my system specs.

You say your games crash, but you don't provide any details. Only thing you complain about is minor fluctuations in your frame rate. Please provide more details so that we can properly assist you.

ok, the game will run for a few minutes, then crash, and it loops the sound, and within a few seconds my computer will automaticly retstart, i have reformatted also.

it sounds like a hw issue. overheating maybe. Make sure that you use some canned air and blow out ALL of your fans, power supply, and graphics card.
