ok i have the vista OS and its just uBer slow...so i made a topic in the vista forum Vista too slow...fix? and if you look one gent says download autorun...but i dont know what the computer needs to...err... operate correctly? yea so if anyone can make sense of my jibberish please help...

don't worry about the programs he recommended. Check this artle . I'm sure it has the info your looking for. Also, please make sure you have installed service pack 1 for vista. It helps a lot with performance issues.
