Bluetooth Program

I've got a USB Bluetooth Dongle and I have a bluetooth equipped Samsung SCH-870 phone. Now they recognize each other but how can I transfer MIDI rintones via computer to my phone? Basically what program would it take?

u need to insert ur dongle then u need a program called BlueSoleil

Yes the device came with BlueSoleil and I installed it and paired them. But only 2 services were recognized, and file transfer wasn't one of them. I'm positive it can do ringtones via USB cable so I was thinking it would be able to transfer them via bluetooth. Any suggestions?
