When I run WinZip and try to unzip the files, it unzips them. I right-click on the tweakui.inf file and click install, but this pops up, http://i28.tinypic.com/1iegwo.jpg So I click Skip then this, Posted Image

Skip. Then it says it is uploading it. I restart my PC, and a message pops up, tweakui.cpl was not found. I click. I go into msconfig and disable it from startup. I have a copy of WIn 98 laying around, will I need that? Ive read that I need it to do something.
