Hi all,

I am new in here but i really need some help. I've just been given a PC, it is windows 98 but had no network Eg, word excel powerpoint etc... I got some windows softwafe but then realised i didn't have a cd rom connect. I have now got the CD rom on the PC although, I'm getting error messages. i have been through the setup option but i don't really understand computer language. after i change som of the options there is still no change.

Has anyone got any tips

Hiya,

I got a freind to install it, The message is saying something like Mouse intialized and something failure it could be the disk. it's just that i am in work and will have to wait till i get home i'll write the error down, do you think you will then be able to help me.
