Okay... running XP and a few weeks ago the sound quit. No sound for anything. Can't think of anything that was done at the time, several games installed but don't know if sound stops after any particular installation. HELP.

I think I have the sound problem solved. UNINSTALLED all my Xtreme sound stuff, re=installed from CD and ended up disabling previous sound card ... at least I do have sound now. THANKS......
