Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop. I want to buy an internal drive that burns CD-Rs and DVDs and plays both, too. I don't have any idea what to look for and several sales people I've written have only confused me more. I was even told by one that they didn't know what I needed.

Does anyone know? Thanks for any help!
