odd popup when clicking folders

sometimes when i click on folders i'll get this odd popup.

NO! Do not download that software! It is a virus/malware! That popup is actually spyware/malware itself. You should download and run a reputable spyware/virus scanner such as AVG free edition. I use this on all my home machines and have been virus/malware free for sometime now.

Head over to the Malware Removal forum, you will need to post there to have that infection removed
