cannot run anti spyware/virus programs

run 6 computer on a network, one computer i believe got infected with something called antivirus xp 2008- i had tried on several occasions to fully scan the computer with anti spyware program avg/superantispywaer/malwarebytes etc. everytime after these programs start scanning on system volume, the computer goes to a blue screen with error message 0x0000008e. please let me know how can i run/finish the scanning of spyware program. please note that i have no internet connection no network connection on that computer, that is how i realized i got a virus or spywaer..
