I've been having problems with these things for awhile and no one I know can fix it and I know close to 0 about how to fix. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

hey Palaciosoverlord and welcome to geekstogo <_<

You may want to print this out before starting.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.websearch...spx?tb_id=50032

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [WinTools] C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools\WToolsA.exe

Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):

C:\Program Files\Common files\WinTools <-----folder

Go to start->control panel then click on add/remove programs. Remove wintools or websearch programs.

Restart Computer

Please Download LSPFix from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm and Run the Program. Disconnect from the Internet and close all Internet Explorer Windows. Check the "I know what I'm doing" Button and remove all traces of [inetadpt.dll].

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. :D
