hello!!! i'm all new here, but i have a big problem.... :)

since about 14 days, when i log into my laptop, i only get the userinit.exe application error popping out twice. after clicking on OK, i only get my wallpaper, but no taskbar nor icons... i've already tried booting on safe mode, but nothing. i called my laptop service center and the technician made me disable stuff from "msconfig": on "safe mode" it was with "startup" and with normal window he made me disable stuff in "service". at the end he wanted me to do a system restore which i didn't want to..... :)

i've also read some post on this web and i tried "smithRem", but it doesn't work because the application error keeps popping out.

i don't have HijackThis but i can download it from my desktop and install it on my laptop. but i don't know how to post the HijackThis scan since i can't access to internet or burn CD or USB key on my laptop.... (yes, i know i'm really far from being a geek...)

thanks a lot!!! :)
