hi everyone.i just had some auto update install for firefox i believe and now i cant open the browser at all and am using IE to access this forum.the worst part of it all is that before i started getting this error i did get on ff and when i went to my bookmarks there were none there!~i have sooooooooo many important book marks i really hope there is some way to retrieve them.can anyone help me?i tried system restore thinking that would do it but it did nothing...what is the point of system restore then?the error i am getting now is 'the application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000022).click on OK to terminate the application.

thanks in advance...

and now for some reason, when i go to click on the browser it no longer gives me the error message,i double click on the ff icon and my cursor turns into an hour glass for a few seconds like its going to open, then it just stops and nothing happens??????
i did purchase and run the registry booster 2 program advertised on this site and used it since the application error started popping up...

still really need to get my book mark list somehow too!shoulda saved them somewhere!
