Welcome to GTG.

You're not the first user who had that problem. I recommend using another antivirus/security program. Uninstall the EMBARQ Online Security and also get rid of Norton Antivirus. Install AVG8 here. It's a free antivirus and antispyware program that you can install for personal use.
