you probably be better off with spyware blaster not going to use much resources.

You can use sygate if you like

OK, less resources is a good thing for this laptop. Ill uninstall ewido and use spywareblaster. I think Ill use sygate; its freeware. Thanks for all the help
and perserverence. Im happy with the result and we didnt have to resort to a reloadof the OS and all of the programs on here.
