Hi there,

I was wondei if anyone could help please.

After my boyfriend went on a downloding mission, my laptop has gone very wrong it now takes ages to startup, everything now goes very slowly and I also keep getting a realplay exe application error that says ..........

The instruction at "0x77124920 referenced memory at 0x77124920. The memory could not be "read" Click on Ok to teminate the program.

I click but it just keeps coming back and have no idea what it means,

I also keep losing all the items from my desktop and no task bar which means I have to keep restarting my computer through the ctrl, alt, delete function.

I have tried doing numerous scans with Norton 360 to look for errors buit all comes back fine so cant work out where the problems are happening or how to sort them.

If anyone could give me some insight into what I could do to try and sort this I would be very grateful.

Fingers crossed,

Thanks Katy

Hi there,

Let's see whats running on your PC.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
Note:These logs may be too large to post in one reply, if so, please post extra.txt in a seperate reply.
