Hi everyone :) , I recently deleted 3 trojans on my computer they where called "Trojan.Generics", I also found a Trojan backdoor i believe it was on my AVG scan, i attempted to delete it with AVG however it was unable to and the backdoor trojan dissapeared. The reason why i am asking for help is that i think i may have missed a few trojans, however my AVG, Trojan Hunter, SUPERanti-spyware and Removeit-pro, found no viruses, however my computer is running really slow and it was an expedition just to get onto this forum :) ... I seriously am only a beginner in computers so i heard that i have to post a hijack this log onto here for you guys to help me or something :), anyway i will appreciate any help given to me and the log is just below..

Hello, my name is fenzodahl512 and welcome to Geekstogo.. Please do the following....

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) from HERE or HERE and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • Please let your firewall allow the scanning/downloading process.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Regards

Please download SDFix by Andy Manchesta and save it to your desktop.
Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)

Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
  • Restart your computer
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
  • Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
  • Choose your usual account.
  • In Safe Mode, right click the SDFix.zip folder and choose Extract All,
  • A new folder will be extracted to your %systemdrive%, typically C:\SDFix
  • Open the extracted folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
  • Type Y to begin the script.
  • It will remove the Trojan Services then make some repairs to the registry and prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
  • Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
  • Your system will take longer that normal to restart as the fixtool will be running and removing files.
  • When the desktop loads the Fixtool will complete the removal and display Finished, then press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
  • Finally open the SDFix folder on your desktop and copy and paste the contents of the results file Report.txt along with any other requested logs at the end of these instructions.
