Virus/Slow Computer Issue? [CLOSED]

I have a Gateway Desktop - Windows Vista Home Premium. I've been having issues with it being VERY slow and I just thought it was the memory. I tried running a Virus Scan a couple days ago (I have Trend Micro Internet Security) and it wouldn't run all the way through. It would stick at 50%. So I shut the computer down and rebooted in Safe Mode & ran Trend Micro through there. The first time I ran the scan, the Virus Log said that I had over 15,000 viruses and that Trend Micro couldn't clean them so the program deleted all of them. Well, my computer was still running a little slow (but SOOO much better!). I have Mozilla Firefox d/l and on both my PC and my laptop, it continually freezes and says NOT RESPONDING...I generally have to use Task Manager to exit Mozilla (I need help on that as well)...well, I again booted my computer in Safe Mode and ran Trend Micro...this time it found ONE virus: Troj_Mirar.a in my Firefox Mozilla files! I don't understand this at all! I keep Trend Micro on all the time and it is not catching ANY viruses! And I Pay for the stupid program! At any rate, when I was running the second virus scan, it would say scanning and then show the folder that it was scanning but I had a huge column of Scanning-Folder name - ERROR -94>>> I don't get what all the Errors are??? I am including a hijack this log in hopes that someone here can help...

PS-Should I delete Trend Micro and buy Norton Anti-Virus? Seems more people use that?

Hello, my name is fenzodahl512 and welcome to Geekstogo.. Please do the following...


Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) from HERE or HERE and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • Please let your firewall allow the scanning/downloading process.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
If you are using Vista, you need to right-click at dss.exe icon and choose Run as Administrator
