Hey folks, does anyone have a guide to "non-content Seo", I am fairly new, but I am trying to butter understand the algorithyms, and such

Do you mean optimising pictures, or a website with nothing but images? there are title tag, descriptions, alts for images and internal links etc, but really you need some text on the page to be competitive.
