Hi!

First post here on the board :)

Yesterday i ran into some problems when i tried to uninstall 2 different type of software on my computer (Sony Vaio VGN-FZ31M Laptop) and now i`ve spent several hours trying to find out a solution to this and thought i would ask for some help here on the board,

I get a error message when i try to uninstall these 2 applications, the first application is "IDT Audio" and the other is "Sony Media 6.0" and i get the same message on both of these.

It says: "An error (-5009: 0x8002802b) has occurred while running the setup."

You can see the error message in the 2 pics below,

Does anyone here know a solution to how i can uninstall these applications correctly?

Any help is very welcome.
