my PC rebooted while a document was printing to my wireless printer. now, even though all the other PC's on the network can still send a doc to the printer OK, this PC is unable to print. a microsoft visual c++ error window pops up with the msg: "run-time check error #3 - the variable 'siNumberOfTopics' is being used without being defined" (screen shot of error is attached) :)
I've restored the system to the day before the problem began, and removed the printer software and drivers then reinstalled them all to no avail. the same error even pops up just before the printer software finishes installing. something must have been hosed, but I can't find any info about this anywhere. any ideas will definitely be appreciated.
