my pc turnsoff and restarts for no reason

the pc for seemingly no reason just turns off (black screen ) and restarts its slef it does this every time i run a virus scan ( ive tryed a few differnt kinds) every time i put a disk in it ( ive tryed a game disk and a blank one) but most of the time it does it just cuz :mad: it does it online offline even sometimes when its already restarting its slef it also will do it in safemode if i run a scan no one seems to know whats wrong*cry* so far i have found out its not a heat problem and its not a virus i have opened up the pc and looked for lose wires and such but everything seems fine :tazz:

it seems to be software related *sigh* i also can not reformat the pc cuz i dont have any disks for anything on the pc ( they seemed to have gotten lost when we moved ) :tazz:
